Basic Qualifications:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Designing

  • Responsible for conceptualizing designs for brands (Officeman & Touchtab) and services offered by the company such as but not limited to – brochures, banners, product designs, online ads, etc.
  • Accountable for all assigned creative materials such as mock-ups of for presentation to clients and their approval.
  • Prepares artwork’s showproof for each given job and secures immediate supervisor and client’s approval before endorsing for mass production.
  • Provide clean details of artworks per theme based on given deadlines.
  • Ensure accuracy in terms of pantone assignment and measurements.

Digital Printing Machine

  • Ensures compliance in operating of the Digital Printing Machine.
  • Assure accurate running of actual print outs to avoid waste resources.

Miscellaneous

  • Monitoring of job status, checking of materials and coordination with departments involve.
  • Ensures proper reporting of job orders, artwork revisions and other related matters in terms of designs, gang and printing

Basic Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School diploma, Vocational/ Short courses Certificate, Bachelor’s/College degree, any field.
  • Male; Not more than 40 years old.
  • Must have a valid professional driver’s license (Restrictions 1 and 2)
  • Must have at least 1 year experience as rider or motorized messenger and driver.
  • Must be physically fit and punctual to deliver.
  • Familiar with Metro Manila roads and routes.
  • Familiar with traffic rules.
  • Must have own motorcycle.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive a motorcycle in order to reach destinations to deliver messages or materials.
  • Load vehicles with listed goods, ensuring goods are loaded correctly and taking precautions with hazardous goods.
  • Unload and sort items collected along delivery routes.
  • Receive messages or materials to be delivered, and information on recipients, such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, and delivery instructions, communicated via telephone, two-way radio, or in person.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivering goods.
  • Deliver messages and items, such as documents and packages, between establishment departments, and to other establishments and private homes.
  • Sort items to be delivered according to the delivery route.
  • Obtain signatures and payments, or arrange for recipients to make payments.
  • Record information, such as items received and delivered and recipients’ responses to messages.
  • Check with home offices after completed deliveries, in order to confirm deliveries and collections and to receive instructions for other deliveries.
  • Perform routine maintenance on delivery vehicles, such as monitoring fluid levels and replenishing fuel.
  • Perform simple assembly, disassembly, and repair work.
  • Assist with basic repair of industrial equipment
  • Clean equipment and perform general housekeeping.
  • Load, unload, or move tools, materials, supplies, and parts to and from job locations by hand.
  • Lubricate and grease rotating and other industrial equipment/machines.

  • Take stock of designated vehicle and ensure that it is road worthy
  • Check tires, engines and seatbelts to ensure that they are in good working order
  • Make-certain that the vehicle’s fluids are at optimal levels
  • Clean car seats, rugs, dashboards and mats on a daily basis
  • Assist in loading and unloading packages on trucks and vans
  • Provide assistance with luggage and boarding to passengers

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive & verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services.
  • Administer, verify and process proper coding and manage invoices and document all processes & systems.
  • Receives Request for Payment (RFP) and review completeness of attachments.
  • Maintain listing of accounts receivable and payable.
  • Checking of disbursement vouchers for Purchase Order, Job Order.
  • Matching of Purchase Orders and Invoices.
  • Checking of liquidation/petty cash and make cash flow reports.
  • Checking and validating of posted payments vs CR.
  • Reconciliation of statements of accounts.
  • Monitor all account payable checks, prepare invoices for all and prepare updates on all account.

  • Negotiate and recommend execution of contracts for the purchase of supplies, services and equipment;

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the efficient processing of customer’s payment – no shortage or overage. Receives payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits, and issues official receipts, refunds, credits, or change.
  • In charge in ensuring that the total sales transactions matches with the cash on hand. Reconciles total payments received with total sales.
  • Safe keeps all cash payments and cash funds.
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
  • Maintains awareness of all sales and marketing promos, including discounts.
  • Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.
  • Greet customers entering establishments.
  • Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
